		<description>This I can relate to also, providing a monitoring-as-a-service(tm) solutions for cloud applications, it departments and mobile networks. first there is the hurdle explaining the cloud then monitoring and application diagnostics. thanks to 3tera and other cloud providers the education on clouds is moving along but event correlation and application diagnostics is not easy to put in 3 sentences for a good elavator pitch.
